A preliminary complimentary meeting is a great beginning to a creative collaboration between a potential client and Petalena. We love it when clients can share photos, pictures, or colors – anything that is an inspiration for the client, we want to know!
Following our initial meeting, we will prepare a Design Proposal outlining a draft plan and budget. Once the Design Proposal is accepted by the client, we request a 10% deposit to hold the date, followed by a 50% deposit due six weeks before the event, with the final 50% due two weeks before the event. We also like to schedule follow-up meetings with our clients closer to the date of the event in case any changes or new ideas have developed.
We specialize in custom artistic floral design. Pricing is determined on an individual basis in the Design Proposal, presented after an in-depth consultation. Location, theme, plant materials, color scheme and budget are details that are considered in determining the budget. Flowers are thoughtfully selected and custom designed to reflect each client’s style.
