Our season has been off to such a busy, busy start that I’ve barely had time to keep our Petalena blog updated! Here is a series of seriously pretty photos from a wedding we did in mid-May at an estate in North Andover. Our bride wanted lots and lots of candlelight and mercury glass, we were only too happy to help her achieve this vision!
The color palette for this wedding was ivory, gold, and ice blue with touches of spring green and peach. We’re huge fans of spring flowers at Petalena since are so many beautiful things to work – parrot tulips, lilac, and peonies made their appearance for this special in soft spring hues.
Half of the table featured the tall gold mercury glass candles with smaller bud vases while the other half had arrangements like these (above) with a lovely low clear glass footed compote filled with peonies, hellebore, viburnum, and parrot tulips. A few different types of votive candles graced the table – an ice blue embossed style and two different mercury glass votives.
Such pretty lushness by candlelight, no? Dreamy, dreamy.
